About Linna Wang

I am an ambitious accounting graduate with high distinction honours, academic awards and two years’ accounting working experience. The combination of my strong accounting knowledge and tax agent working experience enables me to better serve both my company and my customers. I have completed my Bachelor of Finance in Guang Dong University of Foreign Studies in China and my Master of Finance in University of Exeter in the UK. In 2019, I was granted my Master of Accounting in Macquarie University with an average score of 6.44 out of 7 and many academic awards. The experience of studying in different countries equipped me for working with different people with various culture background. I have also completed all the ACCA exams and will become certified very soon. I have been working as an assistant accountant at Angel SL Wong & Co - Bella Vista CPA Accountants for 2 years. In this role I prepare tax returns, financial statements and BAS for different entities, provide tax advice to my clients, and liaise with the ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies when required. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other accountants. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, what excites most is helping my clients to understand his or her tax situation and to solve difficult problems for them. This is a collaborative process and as we go through it, the ideas start to flow and that is always an enjoyable part. I am skilled at Microsoft Offices (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), and some accounting software such as Xero, QuickBook, MYOB, Sooya ATOConnect and Assistant. I always concentrate on details and I also possess excellent time management skill and communication skill.
