About Linnea Sanchez

My name is Linnea Sanchez, I currently work for a temp agency called Aerotek. I worked through them for Pinnacle Investigations doing background checks for people going into nuclear facilities, taking call's and calling people for references or even employment or enrollment verification's. Before that I worked at Kmart as a Customer Service Manager. I have been in customer service for four years. Working in customer service I have learned a lot about people skills, so it is important to be aware of what you are saying and how you are doing so. I know that it is important for the customers to feel comfortable while shopping. I know that the medical field and also Customer service are very different, but I think in that aspect they are the same. You need to be able to talk to the people and not make them feel judged or offended. It is easy to offend someone so you need to be aware of what you are saying and how you are saying it. It isn't okay in either field to make someone angry or uncomfortable. I know there are instances in customer service when people get angry about prices, but there is always a way to calm them down, or make something right.
