About Linsae Cassidy

I am currently working in a project position where I am training school head-secretaries and bookkeepers to use KEV SchoolBooks as their primary school finance software. In this role, I have helped to create a detailed training manual that is accessible to employees that may have little background and attitude for bookkeeping or software navigation, provide one-on-one training, and be available for support after training. I have enjoyed my time working with the KEV software and in a training and support role, and am looking for a simliarly dynamic position. After my project is omplte, I will return to my permanent Part-time position at Mount Boucherie Secondary School as the Career Programs Manager. Before working for the school district, I worked shift work for over 15 years in health care, 10+ years as a staff scheduler, and 10+ years as a multi-line switchboard operator. I moved to the School District in 2020 to work closer to home and regular day-time hours. In the past 2 years of working for public schools, I have worked as an office assistant, receptionist, library assistant, data entry clerk, payroll clerk, and other general clerical duties. I also have knowledge of bookkeeping, and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications and google Suite. I also have taken a course in HTML responsive web design and am quite confidant using web design modules.
