I have a strong customer focus and I consider myself to be a positive, flexible and a social person with strong business acumen. Whitin my current employment I have been fortunate to design and lead critical deployments such as: Solution Architect Automotive Manufacturer, Lead Architect for the ongoing delivery of large HPC/Storage platform for an Autonomous driving development. Test Lead, HPC/Storage implementation program for Automotive Manufacturer. Developed test strategy and Lead the test program for deployment of HPC / Storage High availability mission critical platform. Solution Architect, Telecom Manufacturer, Design of a network blueprint for four Industry 4.0 manufacturing plants Prior to this employment in my earlier carrier I have had several leadership positions in growing companies and business areas where long term cost conscious has been an important factor. Building up the organizations and procedures while balancing entrepreneurship and quality has been especially rewarding to me. I thrive where I am involved in or leading the development of the business. I am comfortable leading organizations through periods of change while maintain quality and low internal costs. I grew up mainly in Stockholm but as a young child I lived in CT, USA this has had a positive impact on my personality and my ability to interact with different cultures. My spare time is spent with my friends and family I enjoy traveling, especially the opportunity to experience new places and cultures
