I build systems that save time and live for the grind behind them. As COO and Co-Founder at K.B Consultancy, I lead product delivery, automation design, and internal operations for our modular AI platform helping hiring teams across Europe move from manual chaos to streamlined clarity. We build smart, no-code automation tools that launch quickly and scale effectively, particularly for recruitment teams and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). But for me, it's always been deeper than the tech. Whether I’m running marathons or building systems, I believe in momentum, in showing up, pushing limits, and simplifying the complex. My background spans sales, operations, and product, and I’ve built my career on turning ideas into real results. From landing our first clients to delivering hundreds of automations, I’ve been in the trenches every step of the way. I don’t come from a traditional tech background. I come from cold calls, late nights, and putting in reps when no one’s watching. That work ethic shows in everything we build, tools that actually work, built by people who know what it’s like to need them.
