About Linus Otto

More than 20 years of IT infrastructure experience as technical and management consultant within manufacturing and logistics companies. My expertise ranges from factory IT on the shop floor that enables JIT manufacturing to Cloud solutions for communication with vehicles and other wireless IoT devices. My many years of experience includes hardware and application software as well as plattforms and other infrastructure required for companies most critical processes and work flows, including financial, to run efficiently without any interruptions. I work with projects setting up new factories or world wide connectivity services for millions of connected devices, as part of a DevOps team or as another role within other agile models. Waterfall methods and ITIL framework design, implementation and governance and their difference to agile is very familiar to me as I have been working with transitions towards Agile and improvements in both. Governance and operations of implemented projects or already running sites and services drives continues improvements and stability were my many year of experience within different business can contribute.
