About Lior Dunlevy

As a Learning and Talent Development Specialist II at Amazon, I oversaw the development and improvement of training programs for eight centralized departments consisting of roughly 1,800 associates, using data, evaluation, and auditing processes to identify and address learning gaps and barriers. I also coordinated and hosted educational visits from other Amazon organizations, showcasing a successful centralized process. During my tenure, I lead a team of six coordinators, two data analysts, and two instructional designers to develop customized, data driven curriculums for our associates. I’m passionate about developing others and creating interactive engagements that continue to inspire long after I've finished with a project. With nearly six years of experience in Fulfillment Logistics Execution and Corporate Talent Development, I leverage my advanced skills in Instructional Design software, project management, and business communication to create transformative education experiences. Fostering a culture of learning and well-being is extremely important, and I founded the Central Flow Mental Health and DEI community to promote a healthier work culture in my organization. I'm trained in the **Articulate 360 E-Learning Suite**, which includes Storyline and Rise, and I can create both SCORM and xAPI packages for upload to any Learning Management System (LMS). Outside of Articulate, I am proficient with **Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Camtasia, Vyond,** and **Adobe Illustrator.** I've written and developed course curriculums for both a tech and non-tech audience ranging from hourly employees to Sr. Regional Directors with an average improvement rate of 39% year over year.
