I bring an entrepreneurial approach to the projects I undertake, and I am committed to excellence.In my current position at Bradesco Bank, I am responsible for the implementation of the Payment Capacity Project, providing end-to-end payments transformation and an in-depth analysis to the Bank’s payment product offerings via system enhancements, streamlining operational processes, pricing, product program reviews and establishing ISO 20022, SWIFT gpi, SWIFT go strategy and client engagement.I have extensive experience in working across various banking areas and functions such as product management, product development, risk and compliance, liquidity management, vendor management and regulatory reporting. Some of my most notable achievements include the following: Published ISO 20022 Importance of Better Data Structure Whitepaper (link in Posts) Developed a multi-currency platform to facilitate cross-border payments. Created and executed a robust resolution and recovery plan; reviewing internal systems, core businesses; and preparing strategy in partnership with leadership teams to understand and validate organizational structures. Worked on an extensive consultation paper on future of cross-border payments, guiding cross-functional stakeholders for insight and input, analyzing and synthesizing data into a cohesive report.
