About Lisa Aitchison

A working professional with a well-rounded and extensive career in property management and construction. Starting in the industry over 26 years ago in property management, both in the default/foreclosure field and estate/trust management, as well as operations management in construction, I have gained a lot of expertise in managing complex projects and financials. Transitioning to a Operations Manager role allowed me to expand your scope of responsibility significantly, particularly in overseeing the entire operation of projects, trades, and budgets. Managing the day-to-day logistics of multiple projects and teams I developed a strong ability to juggle many moving parts and ensure everything ran smoothly. With a solid foundation in leadership and problem-solving, managing complex projects, navigating financials, and providing leadership are all crucial skills that not only enhance your effectiveness but also has given me the ability to drive significant results to my clients. Providing top-notch customer service is crucial in any field but specially in industries like property management and estate management, where client satisfaction can have a lasting impact on the success on the long-term relationship that Appledale promotes directly to all clients, and in all our marketing plans/ proposals.
