I have worked in the television broadcast/digital media industry as Senior Account Executive and E-commerce with Heartland Payment Systems as a Relationship Manager for over 25 years. As my "side job" over the last 20 years, I also own and manage rental properties.Taking a break from the media business and working with businesses of all sizes with their marketing, branding and E-commerce needs, I have turned my career path towards focusing on my experience in property management. At Centennial Management we manage Homeowners Associations (HOA) for multiple properties. We work with home owners and tenants within those properties to meet their needs and concerns working within the guidelines of each individual HOA and city codes. We also manage all the common grounds, pools, and clubhouses within the communities, as well as the bookkeeping. Centennial Management also owns and manages Rental properties as well. This role has been a great fit with the lesser seen part of my background.
