About Lisa Antonelli

With a burning passion for aesthetics & a relentless drive for excellence, at the age of 23, I emerged from the elevator at the corporate offices and entered into the luxury lifestyle world of Ralph Lauren. I began my journey as conceptual illustrator, designer & muse to the legend himself. And since that day, I have amassed over 25 years of experience in women’s & children's wear, in both domestic and European markets. I worked elbow to elbow with Ralph fine tuning my eye and achieving the level of excellence essential to the development of over 20 brands. I was born with the gift to create and inspire, and I share that gift with brands that understand and value the importance of design. Through design, my mission is to transform global retail brands and take them to the next level. I look to the past for inspiration and translate those ideas into to the functionality of the present without compromising relevance. From research, concept and design to manufacture, I have touched every single step of the process. I have brought together and managed cross functional teams with common goals. I do this with an authentic, contagious, lighthearted and joyous personality, which is not only reflected in my management style, but ultimately fosters long lasting relationships and friendships. What fuels my passion is team building, the design processes and the relationships that I help build.
