Lisa Ash, RN, Esq, is an Elder Law/Probate/Guardianship Attorney in private practice in North Texas. Lisa’s primary area of practice is in Estate Planning, Guardianship Prevention, Support an Service, and Guardianship/Probate representation. Lisa’s law practice includes Life Care Planning services to assist Clients and their families with the legal, financial, and emotional challenges associated with aging, chronic illness, dementia and the complexities of healthcare. Lisa also performs nursing assessments, geriatric care management and special needs consulting. Lisa Ash is licensed to practice both law and nursing in the State of Texas. Lisa Ash is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University receiving her Juris Doctor Degree in 2007, frequently achieving the Dean's List. In 1992, Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. She has practiced in most areas of Geriatric Nursing, Home Health and Emergency Medicine for over two decades as a Registered Nurse. Adam Ridgeway, BA, is Office Administrator for Mrs. Ash. Adam completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Texas Tech University in December of 2009. As Office Administrator, Adam supports Lisa with law office administration, preparing/editing documents, and bookkeeping/accounting. Garrett Ash, Office Systems Manager, assists his mother’s Elder Law and Care Planning practice with office systems tech support, security assistance, companion and other support staff services.
