Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and certified fitness trainer. As a therapist I specialize in helping people struggling with grief, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I have specialized experience working in non-profit hospice organizations as a grief and loss counselor and over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. My passion for holistic well-being and in-depth understanding of the mind-body connection influence my work as a counselor. As a certified personal fitness, I work with a diverse client base including athletes, beginning exercisers, clients rehabilitating from injury, and clients desiring to lose weight and improve overall health and fitness. My specialties include mind-body wellness, functional training, postural balance, core conditioning, flexibility enhancement, and strength building.
