About Lisa Batchelder

With experience leading strategic partnerships, sales enablement, L&D teams, and professional development, I’m dedicated to creating impactful learning environments and resources that align internal teams and customer success by bridging technology, growth, with cross-functional collaborations. Experience with oversight of products and services portfolios, to the implementation of in-person, virtual, and learning management system (LMS) onboard initiatives- pre-onboard to post-engagement for new product and behavior change adoptions of 500+ individuals. Successfully, using a variety of instructional design strategies and software from Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe, Camtasia to Articulate, I design training content for online learning to support entire virtual or blended classroom instruction. Applying a design thinking approach, I bridge the dynamics of managing attention, interest, and different genius in a room to the achievement of desired outcome. I have experience in project management, curriculum design, and building effective learning systems. AND- even trained to use graphic faciliatiation tools (large content mural real-time captures)! I am also an avid supporter of community service as a volunteer at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland and Community Heroes youth organization.
