About Lisa Baxter

I have extensive knowledge of long term care. I am a licensed nursing home administrator (since 1992) license #676 in the State of Montana. I have been a bonded notary public for 20 years. I have taken 120 hours risk management training. I have been the Quality Improvement Coordinator and received recognition for the development of a QAPI program in a 96 bed long term care facility. I have extensive background in human resource management and payroll. I have working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, PC-ACE pro, Matrix, Abaqis, Quickbooks, ADP, Kronos, Wincare, and Capstone. I am adept at working with health care providers, families, clients, residents and staff.I have a background in health insurance and cost containment as well as business law. I am familiar with information systems and IT. I am able to manage staff and do evalutions. I am able to do budgeting and financial analysis. I have set up a functioning process improvement program utilizing PDSA and root cause analysis.
