As the Director of Business Operations at DBI, I process all A/P, A/R, Payroll. I take care of the Reconciliation of three Bank accounts and take care of all day to day operations. I work with the Executive Director to put together a budget that is lean.As a Property Manager & Property Supervisor, I have worked on day to day tenant issues within the buildings and I have worked with all aspects of the monthly and annual accounting functions, including the Annual Budget and monthly invoicing and weekly accounts payable. I have reconciled GL Accounts, posted cash and reconciled all property checking accounts.As a Realtor, I have worked closely with the clients and other agents. I strive to be respectful and professional in all areas of the process.
