About Lisa Bentley

Lisa Bentley is a founding partner of Aguilar Bentley LLC. She is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Ms. Bentley has extensive experience litigating a variety of complex business disputes, including business torts, fraud claims, fiduciary duty issues, employment disputes, real estate, insurance, intellectual property, and contract and licensing matters. Ms. Bentley also conducts internal investigations and assists clients in mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Bentley received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Social Policy and the Law. She received her B.A. in government from the University of Virginia where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
