About Lisa Branco

I’m Lisa Wagner Branco, an experienced agribusiness executive with deep roots in California’s Salinas Valley. Although I didn’t come from a farming family, I was drawn to agriculture at a young age—captivated by the hard work, innovation, and sense of community that define the industry. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a concentration in Marketing and International Management. In 2023, I completed my MBA from the University of Phoenix, further strengthening my foundation in strategic leadership and organizational development. For the past two decades, I’ve grown my career at Radicle Seed Company & Headstart Nursery, where I currently serve on the Executive Management team. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to our company’s evolution while staying grounded in what matters most: people, purpose, and progress. I’m passionate about advocating for the future of agriculture and helping guide the next generation of leaders. Whether it’s through mentorship, community involvement, or professional development, I believe in paying forward the opportunities I’ve been given.
