About Lisa Budd

I'm an experienced and well rounded IT professional with a wide range of skills. I have strong people management, problem-solving, staff development, organizational and leadership abilities that support all levels within the organization. Having started as a technology trainer for our local school district in 2018, I have worked my way through the department as a tech support specialist, systems admin, and now Director of Technology Operations. I came from working in the classroom, which gave me a unique perspective that has allowed me to provide insight and helped the district navigate learning throughout COVID restrictions. My experience working in a classroom also provided me with the tools and understanding on how to work with people and make them feel valued, whether it be a coworker, vendor, student, or community member. I have experience with planning and executing device rollouts, program implementations, managed IT projects with third party vendors, compiled and visualized data regarding COVID impacts in our local schools, training new employees and end users, and more. My desire to learn and grow is what has kept me motivated and helped me get to where I am today.
