I have a long history in retail management and business development, with over 15 years experience of dealing with both the public and trade. Involved with companies such as Crown Paints, Home Bargains, Mc Donald's and Asda - I am accustomed to fast paced industry. Incredibly target driven - planning, strategy and setting goals are vital. I am capable of independent marketing, growth sourcing and will always offer outstanding customer service in order to further business goals. Highly sociable, I enjoy providing a service or products in order to exceed the customers highest expectations. As well as training and managing others to do the same. Whilst working in business development for Neals Recycling and Bestways Cash & Carry as well as pawn brokering with Guardian Jewellery and Cash Solutions I have found a real passion for sales. With significant experience within the Building industry - working within companies such as Wilson James Logistics on the St Davids 2 Shopping Centre project and Neals recycling & Skip Hire. This has allowed me to understand and implement the importance of site rules and regulations, time management, budgeting, certifications/legal requirements/correct use of permits required for various projects/sites. I have made a success of advertising, managing and growing new businesses of various sizes over the years. My proudest moment being the opening of the Aberystwyth branch of Crown paints. After 3 years of success I moved to the Scottish Borders in 2021, where I went on to manage both Edinburgh stores and bring both back to company standards and targets. I have now moved on to be the Area sales manager for Scotland and the North East for Ciret UK.
