Motivated and detail-oriented graduate student in management and leadership, with a strong educational background in political science and professional experience as a Battalion Paralegal NCO in the Army National Guard. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, I have a strong foundation in legal and policy analysis, as well as critical thinking and communication skills that is highly relevant to my graduate studies in management and leadership. Experience as a Battalion Paralegal NCO in the Army National Guard has given me practical experience in providing legal assistance and conducting legal research, as well as maintaining legal records, drafting legal documents, and providing training to other members of my unit. With a strong academic and professional background, coupled with my practical experience as a Battalion Paralegal NCO, I believe I’m a qualified and capable graduate student in management and leadership, with a unique perspective and skill set that will serve me well in their future career. With experience interning for Senator Bob Casey and Representative Maureen Madden, I have a strong understanding of the political and legislative process, as well as excellent communication and constituent service skills. I have experience handling constituent calls and correspondence, organizing information, and setting up appointments, which I believe will serve me well in their future career in management and leadership. In addition, I have worked as a student worker for four years at the East Stroudsburg University IT helpdesk, where I provided technical support to students, faculty, and staff, and maintained and updated various systems and equipment. This experience has given me a strong understanding of technology and the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide guidance on the use of various applications and systems.
