About Lisa Capra

My motto: “Lift As We Climb.” I’ll never be done climbing, growing, evolving, and learning. I am a servant leader, a hard worker, and someone I am honored to be referred to as "the chameleon," as I thrive in environments where can strategize, adapt, improvise, and overcome. Now in the dissertation phase of my Ph.D. in Instructional Design and nearing the finish line of my MBA, what I know for sure (thanks, Oprah!) is that I have a relentless burning inside me to push myself outside my comfort zone and take others by the hand to say, “Let’s DO THIS, I’ve got you!” The educator and instructional designer in me is passionate about using technology to reduce digital barriers and make professional growth accessible for everyone, everywhere. Inspired by Horace Mann’s belief that “education is the great equalizer,” I am committed to helping organizations strategize ways to democratize professional growth for every employee—that means you too, executives—by delivering learning in digestible, engaging bits that make it effortless and efficient.
