About Lisa Clancy Meadows

Presently I am honing in on clerical and clinical skills holding a position as a Patient Services Representative. Currently at Aspen Dental and previously as a PSR and previously at Triangle Visions Optometry, I provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients. I handle scheduling, billing, insurance, and administrative tasks, as well as assist doctors and technicians with patient care. I have a double bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice from North Carolina Wesleyan University, where I developed an interest in human behavior, mental health, and social justice. I am passionate about helping people and improving their quality of life however possible. I am also eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge, a firm believer that we can never know everything. I work well independently and collaboratively as a team player, a problem-solver, and a positive and friendly person. I am highly motivated, passionate, and determined to help and serve my community; as I am aware that it takes a village to help others. I have also been working and volunteering, dedicating my time to local education facilities and local our court system because that is how I want to spend my life. My goal is to be able to have a career as a legal court child/victim advocate, to be able to wake up each day with a purpose, to help the next generation. Knowing that I am just paying it forward; to be able to stand up for others while fulfilling the drive that is within me. I have worked with children as a substitute teacher, and a volunteer child court advocates as a Guardian Ad Litem volunteer. It was the most fulfilling position I have held.
