About Lisa Clark

My career trajectory has seen me navigate the intricacies of finance and banking, where I contributed to the optimization of processes, particularly through the evaluation of Customer Relationship Software (CRM) and the successful launch of innovative proprietary software for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Servicing Department. In the healthcare sector, I demonstrated forward-thinking communication as a RISCC/TIE Analyst at Becton Dickinson, ensuring optimal levels of customer satisfaction and executing detailed contract activities. My tenure in customer support roles, including positions at Illumina and UPS, showcased my ability to enhance operational efficiency, manage online ordering operations, and foster communication among internal departments, franchisee owners, and external vendors. I have also contributed significantly to administrative functions, utilizing my organizational and managerial skills to support executives, manage domestic travel arrangements, and liaise between departments for streamlined operations.
