I am an award-winning executive-level new & custom home sales manager specializing in single, multi-family, and luxury homes, condominiums, and property management, as well as extensive knowledge in finance, mortgage lending, and consumer credit. In addition to my experience leading and working on teams, completing projects, and managing multiple priorities, I have a reputation for attention to detail and meeting all contractual requirements and standards for quality service. At DR Horton, I spearheaded the Panama City Division to clinch the #1 rank in the Region for Profit, as well as closing $1.03 billion in sales from 2020 to 2023, while simultaneously managing a hefty quarterly backlog of 200-250 homes. One of my hallmark achievements was strategically navigating sales and marketing duties during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. This leadership during COVID led to a growth in FY 2020 profits by 37%, and 54% in FY 2021. I was able to achieve this by adjusting product lines during construction & supply chain delays and implementing precise market strategies to maintain a steady construction flow. I pride myself on sales negotiations, relationship development, and market analysis. My success in overseeing large territories includes growing my sales team, which now markets to 300 sq. mile territory and sales for 9-12 active communities. I have also been recognized for creating new digital marketing strategies that improved DR Horton’s online visibility. Community involvement is an integral part of my professional commitment. I have consistently held positions on HOA boards, and my active participation in community outreach has always been key to my success. Contributing as a key speaker at industry conferences has also allowed me to share my insights and expertise with colleagues and professionals in the field. I have a degree from Cardinal Stritch University, a Real Estate Broker License from the State of Florida, and a pending Broker License in Alabama.
