About Lisa Collin

I work with companies – from scale ups and SMEs to large MNCs - at moments of transformation or rapid growth when it is critical to align business functions, clearly articulate the opportunity and motivate stakeholders within and beyond the company. Through this I help brands, business leaders and agencies to foster understanding, build strategic alignment and create momentum to achieve their ambitions. My work engages investors and shareholders, provides counsel to founders and leaders, and supports operational teams including Marketing, Communications and Talent Development. I look to make the complex not simple but manageable, and act as a catalyst to make their vision actionable. My view: “A vision without operational capability is merely intent. Capability without a vision will never lead to transformation. We must balance the two.” Proscenium Strategies operates at the intersection of business strategy, strategic communications, and organizational change, partnering with senior leadership teams to catalyze change and create impact. I often act as an internal resource and enjoy the opportunity to truly get to know the teams I support.
