With over 30 years of experience in marketing and public relations, I am a passionate and effective leader who drives strategic growth and branding for The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts. As the VP of Communications, I oversee and manage activities to meet goals for all corporate revenue, subscription, cooperative marketing, and ticket sales, while ensuring superior customer service throughout all touchpoints of the customer journey. I enjoy making connections and building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including patrons, contributors, volunteers, corporate contacts, media sources, promotional partners, and staff. I am an enthusiastic and polished public speaker who represents the organization in various platforms and events, such as press interviews, guest lectures, panel presentations, and special occasions. I also lead a cross-functional team of 30 professionals who are responsible for creating and executing effective communications and campaigns across print and digital channels, as well as maintaining the organization's growing brand and reputation. Additionally, I am committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and the community, and I actively participate in initiatives and collaborations that support this mission.
