Exceptional leadership consultant with expertise in delivering community-focused outcomes in the complex and dynamic environment of Local Government, Not-for-Profit and Private Sector. My skills have been developed through my training in Psychology, Psychometrics, Facilitation, Assessment, Coaching and Mentoring. I have a proven ability to be a strong team leader whilst practicing good governance and compliance frameworks across a wide range of industry sectors. As a Coach and Facilitator I have a strong passion for helping professionals achieve their potential and make a difference throughout their careers and leadership journeys. I also coach Councillors, who often need support to ensure their contributions are relevant and sustainable; not to mention, how to self-navigate, mentally process, sustain boundaries, and prevent burnout, all whilst operating in an emotionally charged political environment. I facilitate One-on-One Coaching & In-house Group Coaching. My interests include Urban Design & Infrastructure Development, Architecture, Public Health, Mental Health and more specifically, Behavioural Neuroscience.
