About Lisa Darrell

My passion is helping people succeed and become their authentic selves through DE & I, and programs such as #IamRemarkable. My current role as Early Career Talent Program Manager for APJ allows me to work with incredible colleagues at the start of their careers and provide a foundation for their growth and learning here at SAP. I also have extensive experience working as a PM, with Team management, estimating, KPI management, reporting and project assessments. My scope also extends to training and facilitating, internally and to Partners, document design and development. My diverse background enables me to view processes from multiple levels and provide succinct support to teams or individuals. I constantly strive to implement processes that are streamlined and effective, and to exceed expectations.
