About Lisa Devane

As a health care leader, I have a strong compassion for patients and always "doing the right thing" is my watch word. Leaders in todays healthcare arena must be willing to deal with many challenges. Patients are sicker, faced with declining health care benefits and finding difficulty navigating the health care system. As a leader, the focus has to be on the patient and the finding good candidate fits to provide a high quality level of care. After serving more than twenty-four years in the health care setting and eleven years of military veteran experience with strong leadership skills, there is one constant, treat people they way you want to be treated. I developed my leadership skills in the United States Army as a Combat Medic with determination to excel my education. During my years in the military, I had the pleasure to become one of the first females to serve with a combat unit in Operation Desert Storm. Leadership skills are challenged under military combat, in which I excelled, leading a team for a Casualty Collection Point. After the military, I achieved higher education as a Registered Nurse and progressing to a Master's of Science in Nursing. Today, I provide Executive Leadership finding solutions for financial management, human resource management, strategic planning, capacity management, leadership development, process improvement and mentorship.
