About Lisa Dority

I am a Realtor with over 15 years of experience. I utilize the most sophisticated technological tools and focus on superb personal service and outstanding communication to ensure all of my clients have an "edge" in the ultra-competitive Miami real estate market. My past experience negotiating deals for government and non-profit organizations combined with training at the Program for Negotiation at Harvard Law School has given me a creative approach that works. I lean on my expert knowledge of the Miami market and as a Pricing Strategy Advisor to price your home appropriately. This initial pricing process is vital. Other agents and/or algorithms might miss nuanced details, neighborhood trends, or facts that set your home apart, and, in the process, price your home incorrectly. After this initial pricing process is completed, I market your home by implementing proprietary PropertySmart Selling Strategies, which includes hiring professional photographers and a home stager (both of which are paid for by me). I do all of this so that when your home hits the market, it goes quickly, and at the price it should. I take pride in the fact many of my clients are repeat and/or referral clients. I feel privileged anytime I am trusted to facilitate the life-changing transitions brought about by buying or selling a home.
