About Lisa Doyle

As a data scientist on Bell's Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Team, I have focused on designing data flows for machine learning engines and conducting analyses to identify valuable features for ML models. I work on foundational data projects that ensure end users have clean, timely and reliable data. I design and build metrics to measure project success, and create recommendations for continuous integration and improvement. As a geologist in Calgary's petroleum industry I had the good fortune to work on a variety of plays and got extensive experience drilling wells in highly complex terrane on an extremely active play. I have a Masters in structural geology and have expertise in geomechanics, analyzing the impact of in situ stresses on well design and performance. I am skilled at collaborating with teammates to ensure optimization from land sale to abandonment. My interdisciplinary background allows me to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, creating data-driven solutions that drive business success. When not working, you will find me proudly supporting my two daughters in all that they do, pretending to play squash or enjoying a pint of beer in Calgary’s Barley Belt.
