I have been in the nutrition and fitness industry since 1995. I have always worked for myself who employed instructors. Having always believed in using food as a medicine, I decided to train a s a naturopathic nutritional therapist to which I qualified in 2017. I am a born leader and problem solver. Whilst making some of our drinks for my Pilates members, the pandemic hit. My husband couldn't get to work so Booyah Vitality was born.
