About Lisa Dyer

With 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, I am currently the SVP and Director of Operations at IMA Wealth, Inc. In this role, I oversee the daily operations and compliance of the firm, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also partner with the Wealth and Retirement Plan Advisors to provide administrative support and collaboration in all aspects of client relationship. In addition to the oversight of compliance, I manage the client service team and operations staff including selection, performance management, coaching and development. Previously, I was the Wealth Administrator Supervisor at INTRUST Bank, where I supervised the administration team and ensured compliance. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Friends University and I have completed the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School. My core competencies include operations management, analytical, teamwork, customer service, and compliance. I am passionate about providing excellent service and solutions to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
