About Lisa Falzone

About Me:With a deep passion for using technology to enhance safety and security, I am the co-founder and CEO of Athena Security, a pioneering company dedicated to creating innovative solutions that protect people and businesses. Passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of my own two children, I embarked on this journey to address the critical need for advanced security measures in our society. With a strong background in entrepreneurship as a 2x founder and a relentless commitment to improving security measures, I have led Athena Security in pioneering a cutting-edge product: The Athena Weapons Detection System.Being a mother of two has deepened my sense of purpose and given my life greater meaning. I strive to live in harmony rather than balance and make time for my hobbies such as playing piano, horse riding, and going to a personal trainer. I am guided by the values of being kind, challenging myself, fostering inclusion, valuing teamwork, making an impact, and giving a damn. I hope to be remembered as someone who worked for the betterment of others and who made a difference by supporting female leadership in the startup ecosystem.
