For the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to daily excellence with Litchfield Hills Orthopedic Associates of Torrington (LHOA). Healthcare is an exciting and dynamic industry – with rapid transformation and evolution in technology, delivery systems, quality standards, care coordination and the regulatory environment. As a Radiologic Technologist and a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am an important part of the team and process which delivers daily excellence to our patients. At Litchfield Hills, we embrace the vision of providing a “safe physical environment…and an atmosphere of compassion and understanding.” We function at a high level of ability and promote knowledge and skills of the Center’s staff as a means of meeting technical and scientific improvement in the delivery of outstanding healthcare services.
