About Lisa Florian

With over 25 years of experience in financial services and the credit union industry, I currently serve as the President and CEO of Clearview Federal Credit Union, a position I’ve held since 2023. My focus is on delivering exceptional member experiences across all interactions and channels, including branch operations, online banking, member experience, and digital platforms. I take pride in leading the teams responsible for Clearview’s retail, operations, marketing, and communications, ensuring that our members have access to the financial products and services that meet their needs. By fostering innovative partnerships and promoting digital adoption, I help advance Clearview’s mission of supporting our members’ financial wellness. Throughout my nearly 10-year career at Clearview, I have had the privilege of serving in key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Member Experience, Digital Strategy, and Marketing; Vice President of Finance; and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Research and Analysis. In each of these roles, I have worked to improve operational efficiency, increase brand visibility, and drive member growth, while cultivating a forward-thinking mindset across the organization. Community involvement is central to my leadership philosophy. I currently serve on the boards of the West Jefferson Hills Foundation for Education, Familylinks, and CU Benefits Alliance. Giving back is important to me, and I regularly volunteer my time to support charitable causes in the greater Pittsburgh region, driving initiatives that align with my values of service and empowerment. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College and an MBA from Robert Morris University, both of which have shaped my approach to strategic leadership and financial management. I reside in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA, with my husband and two sons.
