As a Red Hat Global Dealmaker, I develop and deliver Red Hat's largest strategic global deals. We work with a variety of internal teams (Account, Specialty, Services, Legal, etc.) to engage directly with our customers and close complex multi-year agreements >$10M. Our deals maximize growth and engagement, often working closely with Red Hat's best partners. I have over twelve years of experience in developing comprehensive global deals for digital and financial transformation, specializing in partnering and pricing strategies, financial modeling, and risk management. Our mission is to transform fragmented, short-term,"reactive" engagements into flexible, fit-for-purpose multi-year committed spend frameworks. These agreements provide clear client value, reduce risk, increase commitment, and encourage innovation. We craft powerful fiscal value propositions that align with the customer's needs and goals. My team leads each deal through the "Propose-Negotiate-Close" phases. I also capture and share lessons learned from previous insights to enable continuous improvement and best practices for all Red Hat Sales teams.
