About Lisa Frey

Currently, I work for Merck as a Site Relationship Manager. In this role, I am a key internal and external representative for US Country Operations to facilitate country level implementation of initiatives impacting sites, supporting oversight of key metrics to assess partner site collaborations and serve as an interface with internal global site network and external site forums/professional societies. I serve as a primary point of contact for 6 high performing sites as collaborative partners in the successful execution of Merck trials across all therapeutic areas, building professional, productive relationships, placing Merck as a partner of choice among these key sites. I also strategically support initiatives with a solution-oriented focus to overcome challenges with sites and innovation with US Monitoring Excellence. I actively support assigned Therapeutic Area (TA) level territory development and targeted site selection based upon portfolio needs; discuss future studies and review portfolio with key institutions. And finally, I am the liaison between Merck and our Key Institutions which requires a keen knowledge of both the organizational structure of Merck and my assigned Institutions/ Organizations.
