About Lisa Gadd

HEALTH | MINDSET | CULTURE | Health on Purpose was built in 2019, a movement enabling me to educate students and cooperate men and women the importance of health and wellness with our busy day to day lifestyles. Health on Purpose is a philosophy that zones in on the transitions to optimum health, identifying myths about health, the roadblock to change and empowering audiences with the tools to create mental, emotional and physical transformations simply by choosing to be purposeful about our health. I have always been fiercely passionate about health, however It wasn't until suffering a stroke in 2014 that I was able to appreciate the implications of what it is to lose bodily function, to deal with the emotional loss of poor health, or to understand the resilience required to rebuild the mind, body, and spirit post trauma. During this period, I believe I harnessed courage and a firm commitment to reframe my belief systems to ensure I was able to come back stronger than ever, and in doing so developed a new level of empathy for the clients that I was working with not only as a health practitioner but also a coach. I am an esteemed business leader and the founding director of Living Health Group. I am an Osteopath, fitness professional, and a nationally recognised coach and trainer within the health and fitness industry. With a Masters in Osteopathy under my wing and more than a decade of experience, I love to passes on my skills to the next generation by lecturing at Vic University. I am also a valued member of the Project Gen Z and Ambisie community empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in Australia and around the world to Dare to Dream.
