About Lisa Gail

Lisa Gail is an experienced Project Director, Senior Event Manager, and Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) with in-depth experience managing project staff and budgets, conducting research, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics and travel for Federal and private-sector organizations. As a Project Director with SD Solutions, LLC, she oversees the daily execution of technical project activities, leads meetings and logistical planning activities, manages consultant, subcontractor and vendor activities, and ensures proper preparation and completion of project budgets, timelines, work plans, and schedules for project delivery. Ms. Gail has more than 30 years of experience managing meetings, conferences, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for high profile federal conferences. Currently she manages meetings and conferences for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), including an annual Regulatory Information Conference that brings together more than 3500 participants from more than 50 countries and provides a forum for government, industry, international agencies, and other important stakeholders to meet and discuss safety initiatives and trends. Ms. Gail has also managed conferences and meeting activities for contracts with the U.S. Department of Education (ED) including the 21st Century Community Learning Centers annual Summer Institute bringing together an audience of grantees, educators, vendors, and stakeholders to discuss new ideas and strategies to enhance and improve afterschool programs, services and activities.
