I have been working in real estate for the past 6 years. My background prior to real estate was in the legal field and includes being a paralegal and a stint in law enforcement. I have always wanted to get into real estate, mainly thanks to my father. He built homes in South Florida and I literally grew up on construction sites. I know more about construction and quality building than most and I'm the biggest critic when it comes to evaluating properties that claim to have been fully renovated.
