About Lisa Goddard

I am a Professional Engineer (Minnesota) with over 25 years of experience specializing in water resources issues. As a project manager with City of Minneapolis Public Works, I am focused on projects to reduce localized flooding due to old and undersized stormwater networks. I manage capital projects from the scoping/feasibility phase through bidding. For the 20 years prior to joining the City, I worked for SRF Consulting Group in Minneapolis. My projects ranged from site design to large highway reconstruction projects. I was particularly interested in applying Low Impact Development or Integrated Stormwater Management strategies where feasible and practicable, and my projects included ultra-urban stormwater management practices and treatment train design. My work often entailed extensive agency coordination to facilitate the permit approvals.
