About Lisa Gralewski

I have been in the lending industry since 1985 and still love it. I started in the business as the receptionist of a small branch office in Southern California. Since then, I have held many positions including processing, closing, managing, auditing, marketing, originating, underwriting and secondary markets. My first love is underwriting. I am committed to continue to find ways to create a wonderful experience for borrowers by always remembering I am here to be of service. This is my inspiration. I believe excellent underwriters approve as many loans as possible while protecting lending companies from unnecessary risks. The diversity of my resume allows me the opportunity to be qualified for any position in the industry. I understand what makes companies successful. I endeavor to create change for the better.
