About Lisa Greene

Graduated from Nursing School in the early 90's and began practicing as an RN the same year. Completed her BSN and then went on to earn her Master's in Science and Nursing with a Nurse Practitioner focus. Lisa has enjoyed a well rounded career that took her from floor nursing into administration and education and then into the ambulatory care setting. Lisa had earned three national board certifications in her career including Med-Surg Nursing through the ANCC, Infection Control Certification from the CBIC, and lastly the Nurse Practitioner Certification in Family Practice through the ANCC. Lisa has participated on many local boards and committees both professionally and as a volunteer. Lisa is a member of the nursing honor society Sigma Theta Tau. She has published articles related to her work in Infection Control and the local community and presented at the Joint Commissions Infection Control Conference in Chicago in 2008. Her graduate research won three Sigma Theta Tau awards and took second in the state of Pennsylvania in 2008. Currently Lisa is employed full-time at a FQHC in Erie, PA. She continues to precept students and see patients daily.
