About Lisa Gregory

Lisa Chapman Gregory has worked and consulted with hundreds of learning and development, sales, and recruiting executives from Fortune 500 and Global companies in Europe, North America and Australia. She has conducted hundreds of in-person and web-based seminars and has a passion for executive education, training and learning. In her professional and entrepreneurial work, Lisa became a certified strengths coach through Strengths Strategy and coached individuals and organizations to greater success through a strengths-based focus. Her strengths work lead her to become a significant part of the Strengths Strategy team. Lisa now provides thought leadership in the space of People Acuity as well as co-leadership of the People Acuity Product Development and Delivery team. Her work includes co-leading the curriculum design team for the People Acuity Certification process, including for the Specialist, Guide, and Coach certifications. Evolved, integrated, and synthesized People Acuity philosophy and approach into practical application products and learning for employees, managers, coaches and others, including the seven pain points of individuals and organizations (see attached pdf). Co-led the development and delivery of cutting edge online, virtual, and live experiential learning, with an 85%+ engagement rate, and 95-98% satisfaction ratings.
