I have a proven track record of designing and managing a variety of HR programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and performance across diverse and dynamic organizations. In my role at Advantor Systems, I owned the end-to-end HR functions for a ~200-employee company, overseeing all aspects of employee relations, compensation, benefits, rewards & recognition, talent acquisition, talent development, and more. I partnered with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals and values, and to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. I leveraged my skills in people processes, HR, and employee relations to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes for the company and its employees. I also hold the SHRM-SCP certification, which demonstrates my expertise and commitment to the HR profession.
