From the age of 17, I began my career in hospitality, working across a variety of hotel chains and building a strong foundation in customer service and operational excellence. This journey led to an incredible nine-year career with Premier Inn, where I progressed through the business starting from housekeeping and reception before moving into operations. This hands-on progression gave me a deep understanding of brand standards, team performance, and customer experience.Through dedication and hard work, I successfully achieved Gold Awards for brand standards and was proud to rank No. 3 out of 750 hotels for Net Promoter Score, reflecting a consistent focus on quality, service, and guest satisfaction.I then spent two years in the leisure industry, managing a large trampoline park with responsibility for 50 staff. This role reignited my passion for mentoring and developing people, driving sales performance, and delivering strong commercial results across all areas of the park.For the past eight years, I have run my own business in merchant services, specialising in card payment solutions. This role allowed me to combine relationship building with sales, working closely with businesses to support their growth. I genuinely loved this work and thrived in building trust, delivering value, and achieving results in a competitive market.With a background that spans hospitality, leisure, operations, leadership, and sales, I bring a people-focused, results-driven approach and am excited to embrace the next chapter of my career in Australia.
