I am a dedicated, patient focused Registered Nurse with a dual American and Canadian Citizenship. I have dedicated my life to the profession of nursing with over 40+ years working in high acuity and critical care envrironment An experienced charge and team lead nurse with experience in performance management, acute patient care as well as patient & family advocacy. I am exceptionally skilled at critical thinking under pressure. My expertise in Emergency medicine nursing as well as a leadership position at the medical day unit, has contributed to my ability to work both independently and as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary health care team. In my current role I have demonstrated an ability to positively impact the daily operations and create efficiencies for the improvement of the delivery of health care and the patients I serve.
