About Lisa Hon

A Texas Tech University alumni graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design & Manufacturing in conjunction with a French minor. Trained in various areas of the fashion industry including clothing construction, tailoring, retail and operations management. In confidence of strengthening my apparel background I choose to pursue a Styling position at the retail store Ann Taylor for three years to open my skills to include styling, visual merchandising as well as marketing. After moving to Dallas, TX I accepted a job with a start up company, Stitch Fix as a Retail Warehouse Supervisor, gaining valuable experience in leadership and management. For two years I successfully coached, drove production, developed metrics and collaborated with cross functioning teams in a fast growing eCommerce based business. Continuing to expand my global acumen I worked in Busan, South Korea for a year and a half instructing English as a second language at Elite Prep a private academy. Currently, I am leading the tailors in the Texas Market at Levi Strauss and Co. As we are growing mainline stores with customization offerings, I have had the unique opportunity to train new tailor shops in learning how to operate chain stitch machinery and professional alterations to garments.
